CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

Lulu's has a 10 minute late policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will not be able to accommodate your appointment. We require cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you are a no show for your appointment, your card will be charged 50% of the booked service amount.
